We are growing our team to accelerate our global expansion and are looking for RPA Developer to join our rapidly growing Professional Services division.

Role Description

· Translating business requirements and client processes into clear technical specifications.

· Designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions on the Robusta RPA platform.

· Conducting UATs, managing project scope, and securing business approvals.

· Providing consultancy services (including training, co-development, and product enablement) to customers.

· Gathering customer feedback and collaborating with the product team to drive continuous product excellence.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA, BPM, workflow automation, or technical product implementation.

· SQL knowledge and familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a strong plus.

Familiarity with AI-powered automation, intelligent document processing, and system integrations (e.g., ERP, email, web services) is a plus.

· Customer and solution-oriented mindset.

· Strong experience in delivering client-facing projects.

· Good command of both written and verbal English.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
