Data Scientist

We're looking for a Data Scientist who thrives on solving complex problems and uncovering insights that drive top-performing games. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Marketing, Development, and Product teams to analyze player behaviour, optimize game performance, and turn data into actionable strategies. Your expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will play a key role in shaping our games and enhancing player experiences.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• 2+ years of experience in data science, preferably in gaming or tech.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical teams.
• Passion for gaming, with a deep understanding of player behaviour and game mechanics.

YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF:

• Extract insights from large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement data models and machine learning algorithms to enhance game performance and player experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate data-driven strategies into game development and decision-making.

• Monitor and refine in-game metrics to maximize player satisfaction and retention.
• Translate data into action, providing strategic recommendations to improve engagement and monetization.
