Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a technical program (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, MIS) from a reputable university

Relevant experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI-related projects

Strong knowledge of Python for data engineering, AI/ML development, and SQL

Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation)

Basic understanding of AI/ML pipelines, including data preparation, training, inference, and monitoring

Assertive, fast learner, highly organized, and curious about emerging AI and data technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of modern, cloud-based data and AI pipeline best practices

Experience with large-scale data warehousing, data lake/lakehouse architectures, and data modeling

Exposure to ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost)

Familiarity with MLOps concepts such as experiment tracking, model versioning, and CI/CD for ML

Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Apache Airflow or Argo Workflow

Experience with one or more cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), including managed AI services

Experience with LLM or Generative AI concepts (prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG architectures)

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients and internal consultants on data, analytics, and AI projects

Design and build scalable data and AI pipelines across Cloud and On-Prem environments

Support the development and deployment of AI/ML models by ensuring high-quality, well-governed data inputs

Assist in the implementation of MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and performance tracking

Research emerging AI, Generative AI, and data engineering technologies to continuously improve existing platforms and solutions
