About the Role

RN Studio is looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Artist to work on AI-powered vertical series, short films, advertisements, cinematic content, and advanced post-production projects.

The role covers the production process from storyboarding and visual development to AI image and video generation, editing, visual effects, and final delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to transform scripts into visually strong scenes, create consistent characters and environments, maintain continuity across shots, and professionally combine live-action footage with AI-generated visuals.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-powered vertical series, short films, advertisements, trailers, and cinematic content.
• Transform scripts and creative briefs into storyboards, shot lists, keyframes, mood boards, and visual references.
• Generate production-ready characters, environments, props, and scene visuals.
• Manage text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, and video-to-video workflows.
• Maintain character identity, costume, location, lighting, camera direction, eyeline, and overall scene continuity across different shots and episodes.
• Create visually consistent characters across different angles, environments, and lighting conditions.
• Replace backgrounds in live-action and AI-generated footage without relying on green screen.
• Create set extensions, digital environments, and AI-assisted virtual production scenes.
• Add realistic visual effects such as fire, explosions, smoke, fog, rain, snow, and other environmental elements.
• Remove unwanted objects, people, equipment, and production errors from footage.
• Match live-action and AI-generated visuals in lighting, perspective, color, shadows, lens characteristics, motion blur, and depth of field.
• Apply inpainting, outpainting, face replacement, compositing, video inpainting, and generative editing workflows.
• Detect and correct facial distortion, body deformation, flicker, object drift, identity changes, and continuity errors.
• Create natural lip-sync, facial expressions, and performance continuity for dialogue scenes.
• Analyze image and video references and accurately transfer their character, camera, lighting, movement, and atmosphere into new productions.
• Write clear, technical, and result-focused prompts for image and video generation.
• Use, modify, and build node-based ComfyUI workflows.
• Edit projects in Adobe Premiere Pro, including pacing, scene order, transitions, audio synchronization, and final delivery.
• Integrate voice-over, music, Foley, ambience, and sound effects when required.
• Manage multiple scenes and projects while meeting production deadlines.
• Contribute to RN Studio’s internal AI production workflows, creative systems, and prompt library.

Requirements

• Professional or strong portfolio-based experience in AI image generation, AI video production, filmmaking, post-production, editing, or visual effects.
• A strong portfolio featuring AI visuals, AI videos, short films, advertisements, VFX, or digital content.
• Experience in storyboarding, shot planning, keyframe creation, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to transform scripts into visually consistent scenes and productions.
• Ability to create characters, locations, props, and scene variations from visual references.
• Strong understanding of character consistency, scene continuity, composition, cinematography, camera angles, lighting, color, perspective, and anatomy.
• Professional knowledge of video editing and compositing workflows.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted production pipelines.
• Ability to identify visual and technical errors and solve them using appropriate tools and methods.
• Strong attention to detail, visual continuity, and production quality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with creative and technical teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and make accurate revisions based on feedback.
• Good written and spoken English is required for technical documentation, prompt development, and production communication.
• Commitment to staying up to date with emerging AI image, video, audio, and production technologies.
