You'll work side-by-side with the founders to identify opportunities, eliminate repetitive work, build AI agents, automate business processes, and turn ideas into production-ready solutions that create measurable impact across the company. About the Role: What You'll Do

• Analyze end-to-end business processes across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Operations to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build and deploy AI-powered workflows, AI agents and internal productivity tools.
• Evaluate AI SaaS products versus custom AI solutions and recommend the best approach.
• Own automation projects from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Work cross-functionally, gather requirements, proactively follow up with stakeholders and drive execution.
• Measure business impact through time savings, quality improvements and operational efficiency.
• Document best practices and help build an AI-first culture across the company.

Qualifications: 0–2 years of professional experience.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience building AI workflows is required.
• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or similar.
• Experience using LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
• Basic understanding of APIs; Python or SQL is a plus.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, ownership-driven, go-getter mindset.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a passion for learning.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
