Forward Deployed AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who is passionate about agentic workflows, AI-powered automation, and transforming how work gets done.

You will work closely with business and technology teams, identify high-impact opportunities, and build AI-powered systems that automate workflows, augment decision-making, and create measurable business value.

What This Looks Like in Practice

• Transform manual and repetitive workflows into autonomous AI-driven processes.
• Build AI agents that automate business, marketing, operations, or customer-facing processes end-to-end.
• Work closely with domain experts to understand how key decisions are made and translate their expertise into production-ready AI systems.
• Design evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure reliability and trust.

About You

• Partner with business and IT teams to understand workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Apply an AI-first mindset and use AI coding assistants in daily work.
• Turn ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Build end-to-end solutions from prototype to production.
• Drive AI adoption by coaching teams and sharing best practices.
• Create reusable frameworks and components that scale across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering or AI application development experience.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling and RAG.
• Experience with agentic frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with MCP, vector databases, n8n, OCR and multimodal systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Design and build AI-powered workflows and integrations.
• Own the lifecycle from discovery to production and continuous improvement.
• Define and track success metrics.
• Support adoption through training and documentation.
