Responsibilities
- Drive process automation initiatives, from technical analysis and design to implementation, testing and deployment to production
- Incorporate AI capabilities into automation solutions and workflows, including NLP for text analysis, IDP/OCR for data extraction and GenAI for classification or response generation
- Apply defined development, security and error handling standards, ensuring that each solution is robust, scalable and properly documented
- Develop and maintain a library of components and templates, including pre-configured connectors for AI services and standard workflows
- Research and propose technological approaches that can enhance the unit's automation capability
- Build, validate and deploy complex workflows that orchestrate services and applications, with a strong focus on integration via APIs and development robustness
- Design automation solutions by selecting the best combination of tools and techniques such as API orchestration and AI integration
- Create and maintain a robust knowledge base with best practices, reference architectures and lessons learned from implemented initiatives
Requirements
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in process automation
- At least 3 years of experience in AI
- Knowledge of process structuring and diagramming in BPMN or UML
- Experience in Low Code Automation Platforms
- Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence APIs in workflows
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, programming and design principles
- Demonstrable experience in programming
- Capability to create agents in frameworks such as LangGraph or similar
- Related degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or Systems Engineering
- English proficiency at B1/B2 level
