Description
We're hiring a Group Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of our next-generation internal operations platform. This is a role for someone comfortable at the intersection of fast-moving AI development and the core workflows that thousands of employees rely on every day.
You'll partner closely with an engineering team that uses AI throughout the development lifecycle: spec-driven development, context engineering, and multi-agent workflows, all with human review built into each stage. That approach lets them build and iterate far faster than a conventional SDLC allows. Your job is to turn that speed into tools people want to use day to day, that hold up in production, and that handle our data responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision - Own the roadmap for the internal employee platform. Take complex operational needs and turn them into a clear product direction that makes daily work easier for non-technical staff.
Engineering Partnership - Work closely with engineering leadership to keep the roadmap aligned with an AI-accelerated development cycle. Shape product intent (specs, acceptance criteria, and the context the agents need) so fast development stays accurate and on target and help decide where human review gates make sense.
User Experience (UX) Champion - Act as the ultimate advocate for the general employee. Ensure that despite the advanced AI technology used to build the platform, the end-user experience remains simple, frictionless, and requires zero technical expertise.
Data Strategy - Lead the product strategy for how the platform interacts with the data store. Define use cases for data retrieval, entry, and workflow automation that safely and securely leverage this centralized data.
Team Leadership - Mentor, guide, and manage a team of Product Managers. Foster a culture of rapid iteration, deep user empathy, and strategic alignment with enterprise goals.
Stakeholder Alignment - Connect the development teams with business leaders across the company. Report on progress, set realistic expectations, and track what the platform is doing for employee productivity. Act as the bridge between development teams and cross-functional business leaders. Communicate roadmap progress, manage expectations, and measure the platform's impact on employee productivity.
What Makes This Role Unique
AI-Accelerated Delivery - You will not be waiting months for basic features. The engineering team builds with AI across the whole lifecycle, with engineered context and human checkpoints, so you can test, learn, and ship value in days. The rigor stays in place; only the speed changes.
Broad Enterprise Impact - The products your team builds become the daily operating environment for the general workforce, which means your work shows up directly in how efficiently thousands of people get through their day.
Estimated salary range for this position is $133831.04 - $173980.35 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications
Degrees:
- Bachelors.
- Bachelor‘s degree in related field.
- Master degree preferred.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record of building successful B2B enterprise software or large-scale internal operational platforms used by a diverse, non-technical workforce.
Technical Acumen: A solid working knowledge of a modern, AI-accelerated SDLC, including spec-driven development, context engineering, agentic and multi-agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop review. You won't be writing code, but you should be able to look at what the agents produced and judge whether it's right, maintainable, and handling data safely. Experience with centralized or complex data architecture is preferred.
User-Centric Mindset - Deep expertise in user research, workflow analysis, and translating daily operational pain points into elegant, simplified software solutions.
Execution Focus - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment. Ability to balance rapid engineering outputs with rigorous product quality and governance standards.
