Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship AI-powered applications, internal tools, and automation systems using Claude Code and other AI-native development tools.
• Leverage AI agents and subagents to accelerate software development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Create and optimize agent workflows, prompts, tool integrations, and multi-agent systems to improve reliability and performance.
• Rapidly prototype new ideas and turn concepts into working applications in days rather than months.
• Collaborate closely with Founder, Product Manager and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code with a strong focus on quality and speed.
• Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI systems, agent behavior, and application performance.
• Contribute to customer projects during AIO Labs Certification programs and Infinite Leverage Retreats, helping build real-world AI solutions alongside participants.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with AI technologies and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, along with expertise in SQL.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering, data manipulation, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI Technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Love hybrid work.
• Willing and able to travel locally and internationally to support AI events, workshops, and retreats when needed.
