Job Description

Vos missions

  • Au sein de l’équipe IT, vous assurez le support utilisateurs et contribuez aux opérations techniques en lien avec les équipes de développement.
  • Support N1/N2 (Windows, Microsoft 365, réseau)
  • Préparation, déploiement et gestion du matériel (PC, périphériques)
  • Gestion des tickets et respect des SLA
  • Lancement de livraisons applicatives
  • Vérifications simples sur serveurs (logs, services…)
  • Contribution à l’amélioration continue des processus IT

Qualifications

Profil recherché

  • Bac +2/+3 en informatique
  • Expérience significative (3 ans minimum) en support IT exigée
  • Maîtrise de Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
  • À l’aise avec des environnements techniques et procédures de production
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens du service

Additional Information

30 461 euros brut annuel. Le positionnement au sein de cette fourchette salariale dépendra de critères objectifs, notamment de l’expérience, des compétences et des considérations d’équité interne.Nous nous engageons en faveur de l’égalité salariale et de la transparence des rémunérations.
