What You'll Do

As an AI Engineer, you'll:

• Build AI-powered applications using modern LLMs and Generative AI technologies.

• Develop intelligent workflows for requirements generation, code assistance, testing, documentation, and automation.

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and enterprise knowledge assistants.

• Build scalable AI APIs, microservices, and reusable platform components.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and business applications.

• Optimize AI models for performance, latency, accuracy, and cost.

• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and observability for production AI applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and software engineering teams to deliver AI-first products.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

✔ Python

✔ REST APIs & Microservices

✔ OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini or Llama

✔ LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI or similar AI frameworks

✔ Prompt Engineering & RAG

✔ Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)

✔ Git, Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD

✔ Strong software engineering fundamentals

Nice to Have

• Model Context Protocol (MCP)

• Knowledge Graphs

• AI Evaluation Frameworks

• AI Observability Platforms

• React

• Experience building Enterprise AI Copilots
