The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and large language models, experienced in prompt engineering and data modeling, and eager to work with cutting-edge technologies including MCP (Model Context Protocol), vector databases, and AI-assisted development tools. You will be building the AI capabilities that power our sales enablement platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases to support Sales Enablement and Marketing functions
- Build and optimize AI skills and agents using platforms like AWS Quick, Claude, and GitHub Copilot
- Develop data models and architectures that support AI/ML workloads and ensure data quality for model training and inference
- Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) solutions to enable seamless AI integration across enterprise platforms
- Engineer and refine prompts for enterprise use cases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and safety in AI outputs
- Manage vector database implementations for semantic search, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and knowledge management
- Stay current with AI developments and evaluate new tools, models, and frameworks for potential adoption
- Collaborate with the Tech Owner and Product Owner to align AI capabilities with business priorities and technical roadmap
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on AI/ML implementations
- Hands-on experience with: LLMs (Claude, GPT, etc.), prompt engineering, vector databases, MCP, data modeling
- Experience with AI development platforms: AWS Quick, GitHub Copilot, Claude
- Understanding of data architecture, RAG patterns, and AI safety best practices
- AI/ML certifications are a plus
- Proactive and self-organized — drives work forward independently and manages own priorities
- Agile/Scrum practitioner — comfortable working in sprints, participating in ceremonies, and iterating quickly
- Curious and continuous learner — passionate about staying at the forefront of AI developments
- Collaborative — works effectively with cross-functional teams and communicates technical concepts clearly
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
