We are looking for a highly motivated Agentic AI Solution Engineer to lead the definition and design of our AI agent solutions in the pre-sales phase, and then lead their configuration and delivery into production. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent project-management skills and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You'll work at the edge of what agentic AI can actually do in production; not demos, but systems clients depend on. New models drop and you're evaluating them against real workloads within days. The hard problems are ours to solve: agent orchestration, failure modes nobody has documented yet, context engineering at scale. We turn that frontier work into a reusable platform, so every solved problem compounds instead of being rebuilt.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, advise on what our agents can do, and tailor solutions by configuring the right template to their use case — not by bespoke rebuild.
  • Collaborate with sales executives as the technical expert in presales — supporting demos, presentations and proposals, and helping frame the business case and the specific outcome the engagement will be measured on.
  • Lead the configuration and deployment of agents at client sites: apply client configuration (credentials, data pointers, overrides) without touching source, set guardrails and human-in-the-loop approval points, run the eval set that gates release, then deploy and monitor in the client environment.
  • Tune model routing per step across the model tier (fast / mid / strongest) to balance quality against cost — the main per-client cost lever.
  • Integrate agents with clients' existing systems via connectors (MCP) and APIs, ensuring clean integration and alignment with business objectives; coordinate vetting and version-pinning of third-party connectors.
  • Act as a key technical liaison with our foundation partner (Anthropic Claude) and the connector ecosystem, keeping the technical stack coherent from prototype to production.
  • Plan, track and manage implementation projects — timely delivery, resource allocation, risk mitigation — across the operating functions of assemble, run & monitor, govern, and improve.
  • Develop technical documentation, training materials and best practices for both clients and internal teams.
  • Gather client feedback and work with product teams to refine templates and the reusable building blocks for future engagements.


Key Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field — or equivalent hands-on experience. We value craft and proven work over credentials.
  • Several years of experience in technical project management, AI/ML implementation, or presales engineering.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning and Generative AI, with a hands-on grasp of agent architecture — prompting, retrieval, tool use, evals and guardrails.
  • Ability to design and run eval sets — the test cases that decide when a configured agent is ready to ship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into a configured solution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Professional working proficiency in German and English.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a presales consultant or sales engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and MCP / tool connectors (building or integrating).
  • Deep domain knowledge in one of our verticals (e.g. finance and operations, front office, sales and outreach).
  • Previous experience working with AI SaaS platforms or AI-powered customer solutions.
