I'm currently supporting one of North America's largest energy organisations on the search for two experienced Programme Managers to lead major Digital Transformation and Enterprise Data initiatives.

This isn't a traditional Programme Management role.

You'll lead large-scale enterprise programmes, working closely with business leaders, Product Owners and engineering teams to deliver complex digital and data transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise Digital Transformation and Data programmes

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across business and technology

• Partner with Product Owners, engineering teams and senior stakeholders

• Manage offshore delivery teams across multiple regions

• Drive programme governance, delivery and dependency management

• Support AI, automation and enterprise data transformation initiatives
