We're supporting one of the world's fastest-growing AI and customer experience technology businesses as they continue to expand their specialist AI engineering teams across Germany.

Following a major acquisition in the conversational and agentic AI space, demand for their technology has accelerated dramatically. As a result, they are hiring multiple German-speaking AI Forward Deployed Engineers to help enterprise customers design, build and deploy cutting-edge AI agents that deliver real business outcomes.

This is not a traditional software engineering role -

You'll combine hands-on AI engineering with customer consulting, helping organisations understand what's possible with AI whilst building production-ready solutions that automate complex customer interactions. Working alongside sales, solution strategists and customer stakeholders, you'll take AI solutions from concept through to deployment, becoming a trusted technical advisor throughout the journey.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, building and deploying AI agents for enterprise customers.
• Developing conversational AI solutions using LLMs, NLP and NLU technologies.
• Integrating AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, CRMs and business platforms.
• Building proof-of-concepts, prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Working directly with customers to understand challenges and design solutions.
• Supporting workshops, demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Collaborating with AI strategists and sales teams during customer engagements.
• Helping organisations unlock the value of Agentic AI and intelligent automation.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German and strong English communicationskills
• Based in Germany with unrestricted right to work
• 2+ years of experience building AI Agents, Conversational AI or Agentic AI solutions
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP and NLU
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise environments
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable presenting, consulting and engaging directly with customers

Experience working in fast-paced, evolving technology environments
