We're launching the Sparkassen-KIPilot—a cutting-edge AI assistant that boosts productivity by automating tasks, analyzing data, and generating customer communications for Sparkassen employees.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a highly skilled AI team to develop cutting-edge AI solutions for both in-house products and tailored customer projects.
• Enjoy a dynamic mix of DevOps, Python backend development, and machine learning, ensuring variety in your daily work.
• Work on NLP-focused projects, including Large Language Models (LLMs), while also exploring exciting fields like computer vision.
• Prepare and process large datasets to power AI models and improve solution performance.
• Engage in daily collaboration with cross-functional teams, including AI experts, engineers, and stakeholders, to drive innovation.
• Contribute your own ideas and independently developed solutions to enhance product capabilities and push boundaries.

What You Bring:

• A master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Software Engineering, AI or a related field.
• Strong experience in machine learning or AI, ideally using Sklearn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Passion for agile software development, a creative mindset, and curiosity for emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in Python with additional knowledge of other languages like C/C++ or TypeScript being a plus.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.
