About the Role - Responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing Agentic AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automate business workflows, and support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

The position bridges business requirements with scalable AI-driven systems that deliver measurable business value across upstream, downstream, manufacturing, plantation, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, co-pilots, and multi-agent systems for business automation and intelligent workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
• Architect and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, model integration, and agent orchestration.
• Build and optimize agentic workflows using LLMs, RAG architectures, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, ERP systems, databases, APIs, and internal applications.
• Develop reusable AI modules, automation frameworks, and prompt engineering standards to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
• Conduct rapid prototyping, experimentation, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging AI technologies and business use cases.
• Monitor and continuously improve AI system performance, scalability, reliability, governance compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, market trends, and adoption strategies to identify high-impact business opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors while contributing to AI governance, documentation, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Preference given to candidates with certifications or specialization in:

o Artificial Intelligence

o Machine Learning

o Cloud Platforms

o Automation Technologies

o Enterprise Architecture

o Data Engineering

• 1–5 years’ experience in AI engineering, software engineering, automation engineering, or related digital solution roles.
• Experience building AI/ML models, LLM-based applications, or automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks, APIs, and modern AI tooling is preferred.
• Experience in start-up, innovation, or fast-paced project environments is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), Agentic AI frameworks, Prompt engineering, Workflow automation, API integration, Python programming, AI orchestration platforms, Vector databases & RAG architecture
• Knowledge of AI & Cloud platforms, Enterprise system integration, AI governance, AI observability & monitoring, Data pipelines and automation architectures
• Familiarity with Multi-agent systems, AI copilots, Intelligent document processing, Conversational AI, AI-enhanced operational workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
