Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Farwaniya, responsible for setting and driving the overall technology vision and strategy for Top Group Holding. This role oversees software and product development initiatives, ensuring that technology solutions support business goals across real estate, home furnishings, fashion, and lifestyle divisions. The CTO leads the architecture of systems and platforms, manages IT operations, and aligns IT strategy with long-term organizational objectives. Daily responsibilities include guiding cross-functional technology teams, prioritizing and managing projects, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring robust cybersecurity, data governance, and scalability of core systems. The CTO collaborates closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, efficient, and secure technology solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience delivering scalable, customer-focused solutions.
• Proficiency in IT Strategy and Technology Architecture, including the design of integrated platforms and enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, with a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Experience in building and mentoring diverse technology teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership in senior technology roles, preferably as CTO or similar, within multi-business or retail-oriented environments.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT governance best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
