This role combines technology strategy, process improvement, AI automation, and employee enablement. The ideal candidate is both technically capable and highly people-oriented — someone who can build intelligent systems while helping teams confidently embrace innovation.
This is an in-person/hybrid opportunity. Candidates within driving distance of our Chesterfield, MO office will be considered.
Responsibilities
Agentic AI Development & Management
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows and automations across multiple business units
- Develop AI agents that support mortgage operations, recruiting, marketing, sales, compliance, customer experience, and internal communications
- Integrate AI tools with existing company systems and workflows
- Monitor AI performance, accuracy, adoption, and operational effectiveness
- Continuously improve AI solutions based on employee feedback and business outcomes
- Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies relevant to the mortgage industry
- Lead implementation projects from planning through deployment
- Partner with department leaders to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Create scalable processes that improve productivity, communication, and operational consistency
- Assist in vendor evaluations and technology recommendations
- Train employees and leadership teams on AI tools, workflows, and best practices
- Develop user guides, SOPs, training materials, and adoption strategies
- Serve as an internal consultant and resource for AI-related questions and process improvements
- Help departments build sustainable habits for managing and maintaining AI systems
- Promote responsible and compliant use of AI across the organization
- Stay current on advancements in AI, automation, and mortgage technology
- Identify competitive advantages through intelligent automation and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term AI strategy and operational transformation
- Recommend scalable solutions that support company growth and employee experience
- Experience implementing AI, automation, or operational technology solutions
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and AI integrations
- Understanding of mortgage life cycles and regulatory requirements preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business applications
- Experience training and supporting non-technical users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
