Job Title: Java/Python Engineer

Location : Sunrise, FL, Hybrid.

Job Responsibilities

• Participating in Client Deliverables related scrum ceremonies
• Production release and support
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Responsible for creating artifacts related to assigned tasks.
• Able to lead and drive the initiatives, requirements gathering discussion with business stakeholders, along with PO, and provide sizing/estimation.

Job Qualifications

• Senior Java Engineer with Python or AI hands-on
• 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on Java development experience (Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices).
• Hands‑on Python experience for backend services, AI tooling, or automation.
• Proven experience with Apache Kafka in production environments.
• Experience working with REST APIs, message‑driven systems, and distributed architectures.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Experience integrating AI/ML tools and LLM APIs into applications.
• Exposure to stream processing frameworks (Kafka Streams/Flink).
• Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries
• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms
• Experience with deep learning frameworks
• Working knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
