Technical Lead – AI Chatbot / GenAI (1-Year Contract)

We are hiring a Technical Lead for our client in Al Khobar to drive the design and delivery of advanced AI chatbot solutions powered by Generative AI and Agentic AI. This is a 1-year onsite contract role.

You will lead the technical direction of chatbot development, guide a small engineering team, and work closely with stakeholders to turn AI concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of GenAI and Agentic AI chatbot solutions
• Guide engineers in building workflows using LangGraph and MCP concepts
• Set technical standards across design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and ensure quality and timelines are met
• Act as technical contact for client discussions and updates
• Improve engineering practices and solution design continuously

Requirements

• Strong experience in Generative AI and AI solution design
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI and multi-agent systems
• Experience with LangGraph and understanding of MCP
• Strong Python development background
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI orchestration tools or LLM frameworks
• Experience in enterprise AI/chatbot projects
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
