About the Role

As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you'll be our Swiss Army knife - tackling everything from frontend features to backend services, infrastructure automation to AI integrations. This role is perfect for a generalist who leverages cutting-edge AI tools to 10x their productivity and isn't afraid to jump between different technologies and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer AI Integration: Act as the frontrunner for integrating AI into our business and development processes
• Explore & Evangelize: Be the explorer of new AI tools and processes, prototyping their use and championing successful applications for wider adoption across the organization
• AI-Driven Development: Leverage AI to rapidly build, test, and deploy features across the full stack (React, .NET, Python)
• Strategic Implementation: Identify and implement high-impact AI solutions that can be applied broadly to improve efficiency and drive innovation

Qualifications

• Generalist Background: 4+ years as a full-stack developer, comfortable with backend and DevOps
• Startup Experience: Proven track record in fast-paced environments where you owned projects end-to-end
• AI Tool Mastery: Daily hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to use AI for rapid prototyping and development acceleration
• Examples of projects where AI tools provided significant productivity gains
• MCP Server Expertise: Built and deployed MCP servers
• Integrated MCP servers with development workflows
• Understanding of how to expose domain knowledge to AI assistants

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, modern CSS
• Backend: .NET Core or Node.js, RESTful APIs
• Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar
• Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
• Version Control: Git, GitHub/Azure DevOps

AI Integration Experience:

• Integrated LLMs into applications (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Built AI-powered features or automations
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimisation

Preferred Skills

• Fashion/E-commerce: Understanding of PLM or retail tech
• Open Source: Contributions to AI tooling or MCP server ecosystem
• Automation: Built tools that automate repetitive development tasks
