About the Role

Lead the design and development of AI-powered internal products, accelerators, and turnkey frameworks for cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure domains. This role should combine hands-on architecture, secure AI design, stakeholder engagement, and people management, with direct relevance to Sennovate’s enterprise security, IAM, and SOC-oriented service landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Own architecture and delivery of AI-enabled internal platforms, accelerators, and reusable solution patterns.
• Build advanced agentic and LLM-based systems using LangGraph, MCP-style integrations, RAG, tool orchestration, and OEM-agnostic model stacks.
• Define and drive use cases such as AI-powered SOC support, identity operations copilots, alert enrichment, cloud risk summarization, security knowledge systems, and compliance-support assistants aligned to Sennovate’s core security services.
• Establish secure AI practices including prompt safety, data protection, model governance, access controls, auditability, and mitigation of risks such as prompt injection and sensitive data leakage.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to shape solution direction, present concepts, and guide roadmap and implementation priorities.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, review design and code quality, and manage delivery outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience delivering production-grade AI applications, not just experiments.
• Hands-on experience in application/software development.
• Solid architecture skills across LLM applications, agents, tool use, RAG, vector search, context handling, and integration-heavy enterprise systems.
• Good working knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud domains
• Ability to own secure AI design and drive engineering standards.
• Experience with team leadership and people management.
• Ability to work with customers in discovery, solution shaping, and technical discussions.

Nice to have

• Background in MSSP, cybersecurity services, cloud consulting, or enterprise security product teams.
• Experience building reusable internal frameworks, solution accelerators, or security automation platforms.
• Relevant certifications in the field of AI, Security, Cloud, etc,
