€100K - €120K p/a + family healthcare, bonus, pension etc.

A well‑funded SaaS company (EU HQ’d) using AI to modernise/streamline data-driven workflows.


The job

You’ll lead the design of advanced AI‑powered features, working across smart services, automation, and complex dataflows. You’ll stay close to the code, take full ownership of architectural choices, building systems that run smoothly and stay efficient in modern cloud environments.


This is ideal for someone who shapes the architectural direction, still writes production code, and delivers GenAI systems that work at scale.


The person

  • A software engineer with experience in software architecture
  • Experience building cloud-native distributed systems
  • Hands‑on experience delivering AI powered features (RAG, agentic workflows, structured extraction, etc.)
  • Experience working with AWS
  • Ability to work across multiple languages and parts of the stack
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
