Job DescriptionSkill: AI/ML Developer
- AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with core AI/ML concepts, technologies, and the AI project lifecycle (from data preparation to model deployment).
- Data Literacy: Understanding of data concepts, data sources, data quality, and collaboration with data professionals.
- Strong programming background in Python, deep understanding of machine learning algorithm.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools and cloud services.
- Lead the architecture, design and integration of AI models into production systems and enterprise applications.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate complex AI concepts, and present project updates.
- Leadership and Team Building: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative environment, and manage diverse skill sets.
