AI Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a deep understanding of Gen AI technologies and their applications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies.Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved performance and scalability.Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in AI/ML engineering.Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of technical documentation.Mandatory Skills:Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies and frameworks.Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.Experience with machine learning libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.Experience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing.Knowledge of MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI., LLM, RAG and Agentic AI
