Role Description:

We are seeking candidates interested in AI Engineering roles. Designation will be commensurate with overall experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of generative AI, RAG, and AI agents. This role involves working closely with data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-powered applications and integrate them into enterprise systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build LLM-based applications with RAG and Agents.
• Develop and deploy AI agents for task automation, conversational AI, and knowledge management.
• Implement best practices for model governance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Ensure AI solutions follow security, compliance, and responsible AI guidelines.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Lead and Mentor Junior Engineers in delivering AI Solutions

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience with at least 1 year in LLM and generative AI projects or has completed a Certification/ Course in AI/ML.
• Hands-on expertise in building RAG pipelines and integrating vector databases
• Experience developing AI agents using any agent frameworks is good to have
• Good Python programming skills.
• Understanding prompt engineering and embedding.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Client and Stakeholder engagement.
