AGENTIC OPS

Proficiency in frameworks like Lang graphs , Crew AI or AutoGen

Ability to create marked down files to define how agents should handle complex logic

Support development of reusable components for agent lifecycle management , orchestration , monitoring and metering

Tracking new metrics like token usage , agent success rates , cost per execution , models rifts

Understanding how to implement RAG

Ability to define approval gates for high stake actions (HILT)

Good knowledge of Python and Go (for integrations with Kubernetes and terraform)

Understanding of MCP in context of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring stacks

Screening Criteria

DevOps/SRE experience

Hands on experience with LLMs, vector DBs , MCPs etc

Good background on telemetry , observability and understand the concept of role of agents in the Devops chain
