Must Have Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in Generative AI and LLMs.
• Hands-on production deployment of LLM-based applications.
• LLM fine-tuning and optimization (GPT, open-source LLMs).
• Should have live projects focused on training bots or agents and not just POC’s
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementation.
• API development and integration for AI services.
• Awareness of Hosting on-premises or any cloud platform is important. Good to Have Skills
• Cloud/on-premise infra experience and Understanding of AI model scalability and compliance requirements
