We're building the AI layer for fashion — the whole of it, worldwide.

We start with jewelry: the hardest, most beautiful, most underexplored corner of the industry (India's jewelry market is barely 10% online). Crack the hardest thing first and the rest of fashion opens up — apparel, styling, the entire wardrobe. Jewelry is the wedge. Fashion is the world.

WHO WE ARE

An unusual room to be in: AI researchers and technologists, jewelry-world veterans, stylists from the movie industry, quants and applied mathematicians. People who've shipped frontier ML sitting next to people who've dressed the screen. If you want to learn the craft of fashion from the people who define it — and sharpen your AI against people who hold an absurdly high bar — this is the table.

WHAT WE DO

We build AI that lets people discover, try on, and fall in love with how they look — starting with jewelry and expanding across fashion. That means we live in vision models, VLMs, and generative pipelines, and we ship them into production systems that real customers and retailers depend on every day. We hold our engineering to a bar high enough to make the best AI coding tools jealous. No throwaway demos. Real systems, real craft.

THE ROLE

We're looking for one rare engineer who lives at the intersection of three things most people only do one of:

• Full-stack engineering — you build the whole system, not just the model
• ML engineering — you take models from notebook to production and keep them fast, reliable, and lean ML research — you read the papers, you have opinions, and you can turn a half-formed idea into something that works

You'll start from ground zero on problems nobody has solved yet, in a category that's only just beginning to form. The technical decisions you make here become the defaults for an entire industry. You won't be executing someone else's roadmap — you'll be writing it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Architecting and building our vision and generative ML systems end to end
• Taking ideas from research → prototype → production at startup speed
• Setting the quality bar on everything from model performance to code craftsmanship
• Making the foundational technical bets that shape the product for years

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years as an AI / ML engineer with a genuine research mindset
• A track record of shipping real ML systems that people actually use
• Deep fluency with vision models, VLMs, or generative models
• High standards, full ownership, and a love for the speed of a founding-stage team • Someone who wants to define the rules, not follow them

BONUS POINTS

• Experience with virtual try-on, image generation, or multimodal systems
• An eye for design and a feel for fashion • You've taken something from 0 → 1 before
