Summary
The AI Enablement Specialist supports the execution of the company’s AI roadmap by coordinating initiatives, enabling adoption, and helping deliver practical, business-focused AI solutions across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support execution of the AI roadmap by coordinating projects, tracking progress, and identifying risks or dependencies
- Translate business needs into clearly defined AI use cases and project opportunities
- Partner with business units to identify processes that can benefit from AI or automation
- Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of AI initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and effort
- Coordinate AI pilots from concept through testing, rollout, and evaluation
- Track outcomes, document lessons learned, and help assess scalability of solutions
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and practical guidance to support employee adoption of AI tools
- Create job aids, prompts, and templates that enable effective everyday use of AI
- Assist in building and refining AI agents and helping teams understand when and how to use them
- Identify and support departmental AI champions to encourage adoption and knowledge sharing
- Track timelines, ownership, and status across AI initiatives and provide regular updates
- Support adherence to company AI policies, data security standards, and responsible use guidelines
- Reinforce responsible AI usage, including validation of outputs and appropriate use of tools
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in a business, technology, or project coordination role required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences. This role requires a collaborative, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working across teams and supporting multiple initiatives.
- Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Exposure to AI agents or automation tools
- Experience delivering training, creating documentation, or supporting change adoption
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments
