A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Microsoft 365 AI Platform Engineer

Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Charlotte, NC/ Minneapolis, MN – 3 days hybrid on-site role

As a Microsoft 365 AI Platform Engineer, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Copilot and broader Microsoft 365 AI capabilities across the enterprise.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize solutions built using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents.
• Integrate Microsoft AI technologies with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and other business-critical applications.
• Develop and manage Copilot skills, connectors, and secure data access solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Enterprise business value and applicability.
• Security, governance, and compliance implications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, deployment standards, and operational procedures.
• Design, execute, and document test scenarios, use cases, and validation activities to ensure solution quality and performance.
• Partner with architecture, security, compliance, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and enterprise-aligned AI solutions.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $52 - $57 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
