Key Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a Junior AI Specialist to support the design, development, and optimisation of conversational AI solutions within a BPO environment. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build hands-on experience in chatbots, voice bots, NLP, and AI-driven customer interactions, working closely with senior AI specialists and engineers.

Required Qualifications:

• Assist in designing basic conversation flows and dialog trees for conversational AI platforms
• Support configuration and maintenance of Amazon Connect, Genesys, or similar platforms
• Assist with NLU training, prompt engineering, and LLM experimentation (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Execute predefined test cases and document AI performance and user interactions
• Monitor basic system metrics and compile reports on customer engagement and AI performance
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to support solution delivery and documentation

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
• 0–2 years’ experience through internships, academic projects, or personal AI projects
• Multilingual in atleast English and Spanish
• Interest in conversational AI, chatbots, or voice assistants
• Exposure to Python (required) and JavaScript (advantageous)
• Familiarity with NLP/NLU concepts and tools (e.g. Rasa, Dialogflow)
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Exposure to speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies is beneficial
• Comfortable working in agile teams and using version control (Git/GitHub)
