Data Scientist

We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team.

This is a hybrid role that involves working onsite in Malvern, PA, 3 days per week.

Responsibilitie

• sCreate and maintain demo agents (Bedrock, langgraph, etc.
• )Send traces from Agent through OTEL collector on to Arize; create evals and variations with exemplars for Bedrock and langgraph agent
• sExpand agents to cover additional use cases like RAG and K
• BExperiment with observability features (Arize platform) and create exemplars/documentation for internal users
• .Provide user support / training on AI application observability with Ariz
• eProvide expertise on guiding observability and evaluation methodologies for various use cases
• .Researches and shares recent development in GenAI monitoring and share the future directio

Qualificatio

ns8+ years of strong Data Scientist background desired. This is not a Machine Learning Engineer rol

• e.MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative fiel
• d.3+ years of industry experience delivering AI/ML solutions, including building, scaling, and optimizing training and inference workflows or APIs for deep learning model
• s.5+ years of hands‑on programming experience in Python; experience with PySpark or distributed data processing frameworks is strongly preferre
• d.Demonstrated experience with open‑source and/or commercial large language models (LLMs) and ecosystems (e.g., Hugging Face, LangGraph, or similar platforms
• ).Strong understanding of the GenAI landscape, including recent advancements, emerging trends, and principles of responsible and secure AI us
• e.Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and explain complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholder
• s.Proven experience working in cross‑functional teams and balancing technical trade‑offs with business objective
