A digital transformation consultancy delivering data-driven enterprise, IT modernization, CX, and digital workplace solutions built on Microsoft technologies is hiring a Senior AI Engineer. This hands-on role blends consulting, architecture, and coding, delivering AI solutions for clients ranging from workshops to enterprise-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI solutions across people, process, and technology
• Lead customer workshops on AI/ML use cases and ideation
• Consult with stakeholders to shape AI strategy and integration opportunities
• Define requirements and design solution architectures aligned to business goals
• Own the AI project lifecycle: data collection, model training, deployment, monitoring — with deep expertise in Azure AI and OpenAI
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business teams
• Stay current on AI/GenAI advancements and advise teams on applying new techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, data science, or related field
• Proven client-facing experience translating requirements into AI solutions
• 5+ years professional software engineering in Azure and Python
• 3+ years with relational/nonrelational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB)
• 2+ years designing and delivering production Azure AI solutions — NLP, RAG, Azure AI Services (OpenAI, Speech, Vision), Azure AI Foundry, prompt flow, Copilot Studio
• Production experience with enterprise Azure AI implementations
• Experience with open-source models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices

Preferred

• C#.NET experience
• Full SDLC experience (coding standards, reviews, source control, CI/CD, testing)
• Cloud service design for scalability, performance, reliability in Azure
• Ability to support go-to-market content and present at events
• DevOps tooling: Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes
