Responsibilities & Duties
- Sources, accesses, and recommends Operations level candidates to fill vacant positions from internal and external sources.
- Present detailed candidate profile summaries.
- Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Organizes and Coordinates RJP/Trails for respective candidates.
- Perform reference checks when appropriate or requested on potential hires.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Experience with assessment interviewing activities
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple assignments/tasks simultaneously

- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant recruiting experience. Preferably in a polished casual, high-volume environment.
- Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting new restaurant openings or rapid growth environments.
- Knowledge of hospitality labor markets and leadership recruiting trends.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with HR practices.
