AI & Automation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the GM Office to support executive decision-making, reporting, and strategic planning through AI-driven insights.
• Identify, assess, and implement AI and automation opportunities across Finance, HR, Legal, PR, and IT.
• Enhance productivity at the executive assistant level through intelligent scheduling, document handling, workflow automation, and smart reporting tools.
• Lead cross-functional AI adoption initiatives across the Holding Division, with the ability to engage directly with heads of departments.
• Build, manage, and own the internal AI strategy and automation roadmap for the Holding Division.
• Evaluate and implement enterprise AI tools, automation platforms, and digital solutions to improve business processes.
• Translate business needs into practical AI and automation use cases that deliver measurable impact.
• Promote a culture of innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or business process automation
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow management systems
• Experience working with cross-functional departments such as Finance, HR, Legal, PR, and IT
• Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and department heads
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build AI strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans
• Previous experience in a holding company, corporate office, or multi-business environment is a plus
