Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Engineer who enjoys continuous learning and who is not afraid of getting their hands dirty with the data. Continuously following the AI trends is a must for our global customers, hence you need to be up to date on how technology has been changing in the last year. On top of that, having a good understanding of classic data science and machine learning techniques is necessary as the solutions are often a mesh of multiple technologies. You should have a team player attitude, who can ask and share their ideas without hesitation.

As an AI Engineer you would help our clients make data-driven decisions for Fortune 500 companies using classical machine learning, data analysis as well as cutting edge technologies with GenAI solutions.

We are creating a multi-agent platform that supports the full data lifecycle of our customers

We improve the natural language-to-SQL AI evaluator of a major tech giant

We provide several automation solutions for manufacturing clients involving AI and classic ML methods as well

We support the MLOps activities for a retail company, we review and optimize their hosted AI and DS solutions on their cloud platform

What You Will Do Daily

• Creating GenAI applications tailored to the client’s needs, environment, and available data

• Writing clean, well-documented and efficient code (mainly in Python)

• Building machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, etc.)

• Presenting results to customers and the community

• Improving and refreshing existing data science products

• Participate in new project discovery and technical proposal creation

Qualifications

Apply, If You Have

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science / AI

• Hands-on experience in Python and data preparation techniques (additional R/SQL knowledge is an advantage)

• Understand Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and the transformer architecture (graph RAG is a plus)

• Understand MCPs, comfortably handle model usage monitoring and token utilization concepts in LLM applications

• Demonstrated knowledge of a version control tool (preferably git)

• Deep understanding of data science and machine learning frameworks

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• Experience working with cloud-based technologies

• Experience with Generative AI technology platform offerings (open-source Lang chain/Llama Index, or other 3rd party platforms) and tools

• Hands-on NLP technology experience is a plus

• Team player attitude

• Well-developed written and oral communication skills both in English and in Hungarian
