What you will be working on

Our AI teams are growing, and we're looking for experienced engineers to join us across two exciting areas:

Machine Learning Engineering

Build and deploy production-grade machine learning solutions, develop scalable data pipelines and optimize models that support business-critical applications.

AI Engineering (Generative AI)

Design and develop intelligent AI agents powered by Large Language Models, leveraging modern agentic frameworks and cloud-native AI services to automate complex business processes.

Depending on your experience and interests, you'll contribute to one of these areas while collaborating closely with Data Engineers, Solution Architects and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.

What you will do:

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

• Design, build and deploy Machine Learning models using Python
• Develop scalable ML pipelines on AWS
• Process large datasets using Apache Spark
• Work with SageMaker, EMR, S3 and Redshift
• Manage the ML lifecycle using MLFlow
• Automate training and deployment workflows with Apache Airflow
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to deploy production-ready solutions

As an AI Engineer, you will:

• Build AI agents using LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK and LiveKit
• Design agent workflows using MCP, Guardrails and Agent Instructions
• Develop AI solutions powered by AWS Bedrock
• Evaluate and optimize AI agent performance
• Design orchestration workflows using N8N
• Integrate AI agents with business applications and enterprise services
• Work closely with business stakeholders to transform requirements into AI solutions

What we're looking for:

For both roles

• 4+ years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience deploying production-ready AI or Machine Learning solutions
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD and version control
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Upper-intermediate English
