🚀Then what?

AI Engineer with a strong focus on building a platform that reconstructs and validates software specifications from source code, documentation, and test cases. Your main tasks will include:

• Building the Analysis Pipeline: Implement the agents and stages that map components and draft specifications from source evidence, decomposing complex analysis into focused, verifiable sub-tasks.
• Cross-Validation & Reconciliation: Build the logic to independently reconstruct system understanding and implement comparison rules that flag inconsistencies, stale information, or defects for human review.
• Ensuring Traceability & Quality: Implement first-class outputs (claim-to-source traceability, gap registers, confidence marking) ensuring the system distinguishes implementation facts from inferred behavior.
• Evaluation & Reliability: Write tests and contribute to evaluation harnesses that measure extraction accuracy, run-to-run consistency, and improve the signal-to-noise ratio for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• SME-Ready Collaboration: Implement concise, high-value review packages for SMEs, keeping a mandatory human gate, while working closely with the Technical Lead to propose improvements.

Required technical skills and qualifications:

• Solid software engineering fundamentals (clean, testable code and disciplined debugging).
• Practical experience building AI- or NLP-powered features (information extraction, document analysis, agent behavior) beyond basic prompt-and-response.
• Ability to read, understand, and reason about existing, complex codebases.
• Comfort with prompt/agent design and evaluating/improving the quality of generated outputs.
• Preferred: Exposure to multi-stage/agentic pipelines, building human-in-the-loop systems, or evaluation methods for nuanced AI outputs.
