AI Transformation Consultant

Dutch Speaking | Brussels | Hybrid | FTE (no contractors)

We're looking for a Dutch-speaking Consultant with an Engineering background who wants to help SMEs redesign how they operate using AI, automation and intelligent agents.

You'll work directly with founders and business leaders, identifying opportunities for AI, redesigning processes, and building practical solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

You'll likely be:

• Working in a boutique consulting firm today
• An Engineer who moved into consulting or transformation
• Leading client workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Frustrated by producing recommendations that never get implemented
• Excited by AI and eager to build, prototype and deliver real solutions

What you'll do:

• Lead AI transformation engagements with SME clients
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimise business processes
• Build prototypes, agents and AI-powered workflows
• Turn complex operational challenges into practical solutions
• Drive adoption and measurable business outcomes

Essential Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch and English
• Engineering, Computer Science or Technical degree
• 3+ years in Consulting, Transformation or Process Improvement
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to move from idea to execution
