Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you'll join a fast-growing Marketing & Advertising startup that's redefining how brands connect with customers through AI. Working with a collaborative team, you'll build intelligent products and AI-powered features that automate workflows, personalise customer experiences, optimise campaign performance, and turn data into actionable insights at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML models for Marketing & Advertising applications including customer segmentation, campaign optimisation, lead scoring, recommendation engines, marketing attribution, sentiment analysis, and predictive analytics
• Build intelligent solutions powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate content creation, marketing workflows, customer engagement, and personalization
• Design efficient preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines for customer, CRM, behavioural, advertising, web analytics, and marketing performance datasets
• Develop AI-powered systems that improve audience targeting, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and marketing ROI
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production-ready AI applications across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP

Your Profile

• 2–8 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong Python development skills
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, or customer intelligence solutions
• Understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT pipelines, API integrations, data warehousing, and marketing analytics platforms
• Experience within Marketing Technology (MarTech), Advertising Technology (AdTech), CRM, Digital Marketing, e-commerce, or customer analytics is considered a strong advantage
