What you'll be doing:

• Lead the delivery of AI-driven software engineering projects.
• Help clients adopt agentic AI tools and modern development practices.
• Design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and advise on key technical decisions.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve productivity and software delivery.

What we're looking for:

• Strong technical leadership and team mentoring experience.
• Commercial experience with one or more of:
• Java
• C#/.NET
• Python
• JavaScript
• TypeScript
• Experience designing and delivering well-architected software solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A genuine interest in AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, and developer productivity.
• A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, and staying ahead of emerging technologies.
