About The Role
As our AI Change Specialist, you will lead the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across Brisbane North PHN. Working closely with all levels of staff, you will support practical, safe and responsible AI use by building workforce capability, guiding change, strengthening governance, and helping teams realise measurable value from tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, automation and other emerging technologies.
Role-specific
- Lead organisational adoption of AI-enabled ways of working by coaching leaders and teams, building capability, and embedding sustainable change across the organisation.
- Drive the adoption, implementation and effective use of AI technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, automation initiatives, Microsoft Copilot, agentic capabilities and other Microsoft 365 capabilities, to improve organisational efficiency, outcome delivery, organisational performance and innovation.
- Design and deliver training, awareness, and capability uplift programs to improve AI literacy, responsible use, and workforce confidence, including Executive capability.
- Lead the implementation of AI governance frameworks, policies and controls to support responsible and ethical use and governance maturity, including compliance with privacy, security, lifecycle and escalation pathways.
About You
You have relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology or related disciplines and demonstrated experience delivering user adoption, change management, communication and training initiatives for new technologies across diverse staff groups.
Qualifications And Experience
- Tertiary qualification in information technology, business, data, organisational change, project management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications or professional development in change management, project delivery, Microsoft technologies, Copilot, cloud platforms or AI governance will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience delivering user adoption, change management, communication and training initiatives for new technologies across diverse staff groups.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills, including the ability to explain AI concepts and practical applications clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong expertise across Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft Purview.
- Sound understanding of responsible AI principles, governance frameworks and emerging regulatory expectations, with awareness of relevant Australian and international standards.
