Our Challenge:
We are seeking a hands-on Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI agents and architecture within CI/CD workflows on AWS. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in building AI-driven solutions and demonstrate readiness to contribute from Day 1. This role involves working at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and automation to deliver scalable and intelligent systems.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $130K - $140K /year & benefits (see below).
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI agents, models, and workflows to automate and enhance software development and deployment processes within CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and optimize AI architectures utilizing AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS, and EKS.
- Integrate AI models with existing development ecosystems and tools for seamless automation and intelligence.
- Lead the engineering of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Develop MCP servers and integrate various AI tools and services to enable autonomous and agentic workflows.
- Implement and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies like OpenAI, Bedrock, or similar.
- Apply best practices for application security, vulnerability management, and compliance within AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and technical standards.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, cloud technologies, and automation to continuously improve system capabilities.
Requirements:
- Hands-on with LLMs / GenAI (OpenAI, Bedrock, or similar)
- Strong experience in Python and AI development
- RAG Pipeline Engineering (SageMaker + Lambda)
- MCP Server Development & Tool Integrations
- Experience building agentic workflows or autonomous AI agents
- Exposure to code generation / code fixing using LLMs
- Experience with vector databases
- Good knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway)
- Understanding of application security & vulnerabilities
Preferred, but not required:
- Understanding and exposure of CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Harness etc.) & security tools (Snyk, SonarQube, etc.)
- Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Prior work in security automation or remediation systems
