Senior Research Engineer AI Speech Enhancement

- Develop advanced, robust DNN-based speech enhancement solutions for automotive applications and adjacent domains such as healthcare, robotics, and home entertainment
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable tools and workflows for training and evaluating DNN models
- Support business development by creating proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and participating in customer demonstrations
- Drive the integration of new technologies into production-ready products and solutions
- Analyze and evaluate emerging technologies and competitive offerings
- Mentor and supervise interns and master’s students
- Contribute to the company’s IP portfolio by drafting and supporting patent applications
Minimum years of work experience: 3
Required skills:
- Proven experience in developing and training machine learning models, particularly deep neural networks (DNNs)
- Strong expertise in digital signal processing, with a focus on speech and audio processing
- Solid programming skills in C and Python
- Good understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Positive, proactive mindset with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
