The Short Version
AllView is a rapidly growing real estate and home services platform headquartered in Newport Beach, California.
We are not hiring someone to "manage our IT."
We are not hiring a prompt engineer.
We are not hiring someone to build a chatbot.
We are hiring a builder.
You are a hands-on builder at your core. You are capable of architecting and delivering on your own, and you know when it makes sense to bring in outside help. Building is your default, not your last resort.
We want a highly capable technical operator who can identify high-value internal leverage opportunities, build AI-powered systems and automation, and create measurable operational impact across the business. Starting now, not eventually.
This role is about removing manual work, increasing speed, improving consistency, and building internal operating leverage.
If you are tired of maintaining legacy code and want the autonomy to build real AI infrastructure from the ground up inside a business that is moving fast and has genuine operational complexity to solve, this role was designed for you.
Who We Are
Our mission: Enhancing Lives Through All Things Real Estate.
Our ecosystem today includes property management, residential brokerage, investment & syndication, construction & home services, and consulting, with plans to expand into title, escrow, insurance, and development.
We are not trying to become another traditional real estate company. We are building a technology-enabled operating platform that happens to serve real estate. AI will become deeply embedded into every division of this business. This role is how we make that real.
Mission of This Role
Your mission is to build practical AI and automation systems that improve how AllView operates. Not theoretically. Not eventually. Actually build them.
This role is not responsible for transforming every division at once. It is responsible for creating real leverage in the highest-value places first, then expanding from there.
