Kore. Ai Developer

A Kore.ai IVR Developer builds conversational AI agents using the Kore.ai XO Platform. Developers utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP), prompt engineering, and integrations with enterprise systems (like Java or Node.js) to automate call flows and resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Bot Building: Creating intelligent virtual assistants using the XO platform and SmartAssist to map out conversational flows and intents.
• Integrations: Connecting voice bots to backend databases, APIs, and Web services to process transactions and pull real-time data.
• Languages & Frameworks: Using Java, Python, Node.js, and RESTful APIs to handle custom backend logic.
• GenAI & NLP: Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and training NLU models to handle context-aware, human-like interactions over the phone.

The greater Charlotte region has a high demand for conversational AI and IVR talent, particularly within banking, healthcare, and telecom.

• Role Types: Positions range from IVR Business Analysts and Developers to IVR Architects.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $ 60,000– $ 85,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
