Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the automation & integration roadmap internally and for clients
- Implement AI integrations that drive measurable efficiency gains
- Identify manual processes and turn them into scalable automations
- Improve service desk, onboarding, billing, and client lifecycle processes
- Partner with leadership to prioritise high-impact initiatives
- Create reusable automation frameworks across teams and clients
Must-haves
- 3+ years in leading automation initiatives
- 2+ years leading AI initiatives
- Preferred experience in MSP, SaaS, or multi-client environments
- Strong Microsoft stack skills (M365, Azure, PowerShell, Power Platform)
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
