THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI Software Crafter: a hands-on builder who turns business ideas into real, working solutions using AI, automation, and modern software in a pragmatic, impact-driven way.

This role exists to accelerate the business through fast, measurable, and scalable implementations, leveraging best-in-class AI models and tools already available in the market. You will work closely with the CTO, COO, CEO, and business teams in a culture where small, smart efforts lead to outsized impact, and where shipping real value matters more than theoretical perfection.

YOUR CHALLENGE

AI & Solution Building

• Design and implement AI-based solutions focused on quick wins and measurable impact, using existing models, platforms, and automation tools (LLMs, APIs, workflow engines, low-code/no-code platforms).
• Turn business ideas into fast, testable MVPs with clear success metrics defined from day one.
• Build, integrate, and deploy solutions that accelerate processes, improve decision-making, and increase operational efficiency.
• Consistently prioritize leveraging existing tools and platforms over unnecessary custom development.

AI Agent Architecture

• Design and deploy AI agents for business operations (sales, operations, finance, analytics, internal support, etc.).
• Build and manage multi-agent orchestration systems for complex workflows.
• Implement MCP servers and tool/system access layers for secure, reliable agent integrations.
• Create conversational interfaces (e.g., Slack, internal web tools, dashboards) that make AI capabilities easy to use across the business.

Partner Orchestration

• Coordinate and manage specialized technology and data partners.
• Define clear technical requirements and success criteria for partner deliverables.
• Review partner output for quality, scalability, and architectural alignment.
• Act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and partner execution teams.

Technical Strategy & Governance

• Collaborate closely with the CTO to define and execute the company’s technical and AI strategy.
• Define and maintain pragmatic technology governance, including:
• Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
• System and integration diagrams
• Technical documentation and handover materials
• Design solutions with quality, reliability, and speed in mind, embedding automated testing and monitoring from the start.

Data & Analytics Oversight

• Oversee and collaborate on the data infrastructure (Dagster, dbt, BigQuery or equivalent modern stack).
• Work closely with Data/AI partners on pipeline architecture and data quality standards.
• Enable AI agents and applications with reliable, well-governed data foundations.

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...

Experience & Background

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of building and shipping production systems.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end solutions: from idea and architecture through deployment and iteration.
• A solid understanding of modern cloud architectures, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience working with or integrating AI/ML systems, LLMs, and automation platforms in production environments.
• ERP systems knowledge.

Education

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
